Kim Falbo, RSSA, NSSA, LUTCF, has been helping individuals with their retirement needs since 1993. It’s a subject she’s passionate about, resulting from watching her grandparents and parents be denied access to key benefits because of a lack of knowledge. As a professional, she's committed to providing the education, information, and options people need to allow them to make informed decisions. She delivers a range of retirement planning services with one objective in mind: to help clients prepare for the next stage of their lives.
Kim believes that every person needs to understand their financial situation and the forces that could affect it, which is why her first goal is education. Being a member and Clearwater Chapter President for AFEA allows Kim to continue her mission of ensuring that education be available to bring knowledge and peace of mind while keeping you in control of your financial future.
Kim is a Florida native and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1980. After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of South Florida, she earned the Registered Social Security Analyst, National Social Security Advisor Certificate and the Life Underwriters Training Fellow. She has been guiding retirees on Social Security Maximization, Retirement Planning, Medicare Planning, Tax Planning, Medicaid Planning, Long-Term Care, Life Insurance and more for over 29 years.
She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Women in Financial Services, NFL Alumni, Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Women’s Club, Better Living Seniors Pinellas, Pasco Aging Network, and Better Living Seniors Hillsborough.
