I graduated Magna-Cum-Laude with a degree in Business Administration from the University of California. My focus was in finance with the long-term goal of starting my own independent advisory firm. Today, I am a Wealth Advisor and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM.
During my professional career, I have served as the Vice President for Blackburne & Brown Mortgage Company, where for a period of six years I helped individual clients invest money in commercial first trust deeds. After leaving Blackburne & Brown, I joined Edward Jones Investments as a Financial Advisor. During my five plus years with Edward Jones, I assisted my clients with a broad range of investments and insurance products.
In November of 2010, I realized my life's goal by becoming an Independent Wealth Advisor and joining forces with Woodbury Financial Services. That same year we started working closely with Wright & Wright Bookkeeping and Tax Services providing financial services to many of their clients. Today my business partner, Matthew DiGiacomo, and I are co-founders of Core Financial Group an independent financial services firm located in Yuba City, CA.
My wife Robin and I were married in 2000 and we were blessed with our beautiful daughter Samantha in 2003. During the early years of building my practice, I sacrificed a lot of family time. Today, I enjoy working with normal hours and spending as much time as possible with my family. I have come to learn that the wise words of Eleanor Roosevelt ring true: “The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
