I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with a background in private banking and wealth management. I spent three years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank working with high-net-worth individuals, followed by my current role as a Wealth Advisor at Gregory Ricks & Associates.

My professional focus is retirement planning, including investment management, income strategies, tax planning, healthcare considerations, and estate planning.

I’m especially passionate about financial literacy and believe that everyone deserves clear, practical education to make confident financial decisions—regardless of income or background.

Lance is a dedicated financial professional and proud New Orleanian. He attended Louisiana State University (LSU), where he earned a Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Analytics. After graduating, Lance began his career at Deloitte, spending three years as a Risk and Financial Advisory Consultant, where he gained valuable experience in complex financial analysis and advisory services.

In 2024, he transitioned into financial planning, joining Gregory Ricks Total Wealth, where he has been for the past two years. Passionate about his work, Lance particularly enjoys helping clients navigate complex financial situations, noting that “there is something new every day.” He is currently preparing to earn his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) license in July 2026.

Outside of work, Lance stays active and grounded in his personal life. He enjoys walking the dog with his wife, working out regularly, and playing pickup sports.
