Steven Sirot and Steve Melchiorri serve as Co-Presidents of the Cedar Knolls Chapter of the American Financial Education Association (AFEA), bringing nearly five decades of combined experience in financial services and education.
Both are committed to empowering individuals and families through a holistic, education-driven approach to financial planning, helping clients navigate complex decisions around income, wealth preservation, and legacy strategies.
Steven Sirot is a Registered Representative and licensed Insurance Producer with over 25 years of experience. He has earned Top of the Table honors seven times and Court of the Table recognition thirteen times through the Million Dollar Round Table, and is a former Board President of the National College Advocacy Group. He holds a degree in Financial Accounting from Rutgers University.
Steve Melchiorri has over 23 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles as a Regional Vice President. He is a Certified Financial Fiduciary and Investment Advisor Representative, with advanced credentials including the ChFC® designation and completion of the CFP® curriculum. He has also held leadership roles with NAIFA and currently serves as an AFEA Chapter President.
Together, they are dedicated to advancing financial literacy and helping individuals make informed financial decisions with confidence.
