Paul along with his twin brother Steve founded Mortgage Solutions of St Louis in 1998.  Paul is consistently one of the top producers in St Louis, originating over $69m in loans in 2016.  After graduating from the University of Notre Dame of 1991 with Steve, Paul passed his CPA exam and went on to work in public accounting until 1995, and you guessed it, with Steve.  They left together to start an Allstate Agency that went on to become the largest in St Louis.  In 1998, looking to better service their client base, they started a mortgage company.    Over 6000 loans later and over $1 billion in loans, Mortgage Solutions of St Louis, has become one of the most well respected lenders in St Louis.  Paul prides himself on his availability on his cell phone (314 280 3565) 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Starting at Mary Queen of Peace, St Louis U High then Notre Dame, Paul has come full circle and lives up the street from his Twin and his parents in Glendale.  Of course all 7 of his kids have gone to Mary Queen of Peace. Paul has been a board member with LaSalle Middle School since it was founded and it continues to be his charitable focus.   When he isn’t driving his kids all over town, he can be found coaching at the soccer park most nights of the week.

Meredith helps clients develop estate plans, navigate probate court, litigate fiduciary matters, and represents clients in matters related to taxation law and real estate. Meredith assists clients with the administration of trusts and estates, and works with clients on estate planning through the creation of wills, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, irrevocable trusts (including irrevocable insurance trusts and asset protection trusts), powers of attorney, the use of lifetime gifting, charitable foundations, and closely-held business succession planning. Meredith also represents clients in the negotiation of leases, and sales and acquisitions of real estate.

Meredith works with clients on post-death trust and probate administration, including administering trusts, filing estate tax returns, opening and administering probate estates, and estate and trust accountings. She also appears before the probate court to obtain and administer conservatorship and guardianship estates for disabled adults.

When a fiduciary breaches their duty, he or she may be held personally liable for the resulting harm through a breach of fiduciary duty claim. Meredith works with clients in adversarial litigation involving will contests, trust contests, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, probates, elder abuse, conservatorships, and other disputes.

In matters of taxation law, Meredith prepares estate and gift tax returns as a part of trust administration, and also appears before the IRS when assisting non-profit organizations with obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status. She advises clients on the tax impact of both routine and extraordinary business activities, including entity formation; termination and liquidation; financing; complex real estate transactions; like-kind exchanges; and mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
