Scott King has been helping families reach their retirement goals for about 17 years now and is known by many as “The Retirement Guy”, a title well-earned and appreciated due to the hard work and dedication Scott has given to his clients and attendees to his seminars, workshops, and one on one meetings. Scott has worked with both federal and civilian families and has spent many years providing education and training to the federal employees regarding their benefits and retirement.
Having been raised in the Tuscaloosa area in Moundville, Scott feels right at home helping people in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama and surrounding areas reach their retirement goals.
Scott graduated from Samford University in 1989 and has lived mostly in the Birmingham and west Alabama area since then and is currently living in Helena. He is single and the proud father of one 19-year-old daughter Caroline.
