Mark is a Licensed Investment Advisor Representative, Licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer, Certified College Planning Specialist, and Certified Social Security Advisor.

Mark’s free educational seminars cover a wide range of financial literacy topics including Retirement Income Planning, Advanced Social Security Planning, Medicare and LTC Planning, Legacy and Estate Planning, Advanced College Planning, 401(k) Planning, Tax Reduction Planning and much more.

Mark is a former U.S. CEO and media executive at leading financial news organizations including US News and World Report, Individual Investor and Ticker Magazine. He is co-author of the book “Breaking the Tax Code,” has been named one of “America’s Premier Experts,” and the featured retirement expert on “The Consumers Advocate” television program, appearing on NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX affiliates.

Mark is committed to helping companies, government and associations increase financial literacy for their employees and members as a Financial Educator with the 501c(3) non-profit organization, American Financial Education Alliance.  He is an active member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Association of Certified College Funding Specialists, National Social Security Association, National Ethics Association and Better Business Bureau.

Mark has been married to his wife Leigh for 36 years and has two daughters and 2 grandchildren. His many passions include helping people of all ages improve their financial literacy.
